Organoleptic description: presents a sinuous, extremely fine, persistent foam; delicate pale straw colour with greenish tinges; intense, characteristic, varietal nose, with green apple fruit; luscious smooth, crisp, well-balanced palate. Distinct apple aftertaste with floral hints of acacia and lime blossom; slight mineral and spicy notes enrich its aroma content.
Serving Temperature: 6 °C
Matching with food: ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with starters, appetizers and sandwiches. Also excellent with first course dishes, pasta and risottos in general. Makes a delicate accompaniment to cakes and pastries.
