Metodo Classico is a Brut Pas dosé with a long refining made in contact with yeasts (lasting min. 12 years). The manual disgorging is made underground, in the cellars of our Farmhouse, at a constant temperature of 13°C. An elegant, soft and fresh wine, with a fine and persistent perlage.
